Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

We have a variety of pricing tiers to accommodate bulk orders. If you require more than the largest quantity listed, please contact us directly for a custom bulk order price. Our team can also organise logistics for bulk orders direct to your door.

What types of cardboard packaging do you offer?

We offer over 100 different styles of boxes designed to suit a wide range of needs. Our selection includes sizes from small to extra-large, as well as specialized boxes for storage, e-commerce, small business operations, and even shipping frozen goods internationally.

If you are after a specific size box not listed on Abbe Express, we are happy to accommodate custom box size orders.

Do you offer custom printing or branding on boxes?

We offer custom printing and branding on most of our box range, from simple logo placement to more complex designs. To determine if the product you're interested in has a custom print option, click on the 'Printed*' tab on the product page.

Custom print items have a downloadable dieline for you or your designer to create custom artwork. Alternatively, our in-house design service can handle the entire process, from concept to completion.

What does 'internal dimensions mean'?

Internal dimensions refer to the measurements - length (L), width (W), depth (Depth) - of the inside of a box or container. These measurements determine the amount of space available for packing items. When selecting a box, consider the internal dimensions to ensure your items will fit comfortably.

Who do you ship with?

Due to the size and weight of flat-packed boxes, we do not use Australia Post. To ensure efficient and prompt delivery, we work with a range of courier companies. For pallet deliveries, we have established logistics partners who deliver throughout Australia.

Where are your boxes made?

Over 90% of our packaging products are engineered, tested, and manufactured in Melbourne, Victoria. Some other items are produced in various parts of Australia, with a small portion made overseas. Rest assured, no matter which product you purchase from Abbe Express, we rigorously vet each range to ensure it meets our strict standards.

What items ship on a pallet?

The decision to ship items on a pallet depends on the size and weight of the product.

For example, several of our products are flat-packed in batches of 25 units. Smaller orders, like 75 units, can be shipped as three separate batches of 25 units. Larger orders, such as 250 units (ten batches of 25), are more cost-effective to ship on a pallet.

This also reduces the risk of a batch getting lost in transit because everything is secured on one pallet. If your order requires shipping on a pallet, our in-house logistics team can arrange Australia-wide delivery at competitive rates.

How much does shipping cost?

Flatpack boxes are generally large and heavy items, which can attract high freight rates. Generally, we will ship with a courier for orders <250 units. This may change depending on the product.

For orders over 250-300 units, we can organise pallet delivery to anywhere within the country at a competitive rate. Please contact 03 9301 8833 to speak to our customer service team about you bulk older and a competitive shipping rate.
