Are all your plain/ unprinted boxes in stock and ready for despatch?
We have a large range of unprinted boxes in stock and ready for immediate despatch, you can check them out here. However, some of our plain unprinted packaging are not held in stock and are made to order for you.
Do you offer custom sizes?
We can make custom size boxes. However, we do not offer custom sizes in the same small quantities as our in-stock ranges. Custom size boxes will attract their own MOQ (starting from 500-1000 units) and lead times are dependent on the board grade you need. If you are just starting out and want to keep costs low, we recommend selecting a box that we have on the site that's as close to the dimensions you need.

The quoted dimensions on a Product detail page for boxes are internal dimensions.

Some product descriptions may also include the product’s external dimension.
How to measure a box?
To measure a box, you will need to use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the length, width and depth (height) of the box. Listed dimensions are always internal dimensions and measured in millimetres. When providing dimensions, it needs to be in the correct order of Length x Width x Height. This is industry standard (L x W x D) Units are always in millimetres

Claycoat White is our recommended choice of stock when looking to make colours “pop” with exceptional quality. Kraft/Brown is well-suited to designs that utilise dark bold colours. Using bright and vibrant colours on Kraft/Brown may dull the colour resolution.
Where are the boxes made?
All our boxes are manufactured and printed in Victoria or New South Wales, Australia.

Yes, our boxes are made with both recycled and virgin papers depending on board grade.

Our corporate branding colours requires the use of specific Pantone colours, can I incorporate that information in my order?
At present, for our Digital printed products you can only use the print process colours (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). However, you can find the best match for your Pantone colours and use the HEX/HTML value try it out here: https://www.pantone.com/color-finder find your Pantone colour, click on it and copy the HEX/HTML value provided.

Can I include white ink in my design?
At present, our digital printing process for our custom-printed mailers cannot print white ink.
If you want to include white in your design, we suggest you start with our Clay/White boxes and incorporate white in your design using “negative space” (i.e. leave the areas you want to be white as blank space). You can also add objects and colour them white and our software will automatically turn these objects into negative space. Warning: on a brown box white objects will allow the brown colour of the box to show through.

Or alternatively, we can offer white ink printed box via our flexo/litho printed solution… submit quote request here
Is my artwork printed on gloss or matt board?
Depending on the product and material you select, it will be printed on a gloss white claycoat board or a matte white board. Under Material Options on the product page, you will note the Materials attributes.
All brown boxes are matte finish.
